Building a swimming pool is one of the most exciting yet hectic projects a homeowner can undertake. From the initial consultation,
to design, project management and all throughout your pool construction, Aquatic Solutions of Texas takes every effort with commitment to making this process as easy and smooth as possible. In order to ensure that, you will be assigned a dedicated project manager that will be your point of contact during all phases of your project.  He will be available to answer all your questions and make sure you are continuously informed and satisfied. We understand that every pool is different and each client’s tastes are unique. In order to most efficiently create this one-of-a-kind atmosphere, we have a formulated and extremely effective process so you always know what to expect from us and the next steps that we are going to take.

1. The Initial Visit.

During this visit, we will gather information about your needs, what you aspire to accomplish, and your budget. We believe that each pool should be uniquely customized to fit the needs of our customer and best represent their needs, dreams, and vision of a backyard resort. We will make sure that you understand your different options in terms of designs, layouts, equipment and material to be
used in the construction of your pool. We will listen to your needs, measure your lot and take pictures and incorporate all the information gathered into our design and proposal.

2. Presentation Visit.

During this visit, you will be presented with your custom design and pricing proposal. Moreover, you will view your design as a 3D model that will allow you to envision your future project down to the smallest details. During this visit, you will be able to discuss options, colors, features and other details. Upon your approval and decision to move forward, we will start the construction process, permit application

3. Customer Education or a Pre-Construction meeting.

This is usually takes place on the same day as step 2, or sometime prior to Excavation. During this phase, we will go over the construction plans with you and make sure they are translated on-the-ground via layout to scale. During this meeting, you will also have the opportunity to discuss any concerns or address any specific issues.

4. Dedicated On-Site Supervision.

You will see us in your backyard! We will meticulously supervise our crews and inspect their work throughout the process.

5. Open Communication.

All throughout the process, you will have direct access to your assigned project manager in case you have questions, special requests, changes, etc.

6. Enjoy.

We finish every project in a timely manner so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your backyard wonderland as soon as possible.
